If you are kent/London (Bromley, bexley, sidcup, datford, Greenwich etc..) we meet every month at halls place bexley but next week 19th meeting at 7 then driving down to the lion in farningham for bite to eat come along if it's not to far!

It's banded about too easily nowadays, and written off by doctors and most people as ''you're just having a bad day'', when actually deep down its so much more than that, yes everyone has bad days but someone with severe depression suffers everyday and its a shame they feel as though they can't talk to someone and its sad that a celebrity & icon took his own life. :(

I was actually watching an old episode of Alias Smith & Jones last night and idly googled the actors to see what they looked like now. Apparently Pete Duel shot himself in the head because of alcohol/depression as well. We think these people have everything, but depression is depression - no matter how rich or famous you are. So sad. There's so many people who suffer from it, but it's still one of the hardest things to talk about.

What a*****e worked on my car before I bought it. I swapped the rear two springs on my vectra and found the ones I removed are not a matching set. One is a lowering spring and the other is a OEM replacement.

Maniflow decat pipe is good. If you're using the decat, exhaust paste may be good enough to seal it. But never use paste if putting the cat back on (you'll need the gaskets for that)

I find it much cleaner to use one as uou don't have to mess around with paste. Not sure if you need 1 or 2 but I guess you've always got a spare if you need one. You'll possibly need bolts too
