Long shot but does anyone have a gearbox for an MR20DE engine? My standards are really low as all I am after is the bell housing half of the casing to use for mock up on a project.

On the off chance someone knows who's it is or saw it happen. I'm searching for a dark grey Mercedes C class that crashed into my mum's car in Market Drayton Morrison's car park yesterday. Reg is something like J200 E. Unfortunately due to the camera angles the dash cam doesn't get a clear view of the number plates. Any information would be much appreciated

Mum's insurance has found the Merc! My mum has also been found not at fault due to the dash cam footage and rightly so.

Well youve had more success than Iv had with the bel-end that smashed into my camper then buggered off. Iv got the car reg of the Corsa that hit my camper but the Police arent interested....

Neither were the police in this incident. The insurers on the other hand were. If you haven't already, contact your insurance and give them the reg of the corsa. If yiy have legal cover let your insurance do the hard work.

Hahaha. Well the organisers must be still waiting at the finishing line as unfortunately we didn't quite make it. Got as far as Ulaanbaatar.

Turns out that the Mpi I took my fuel lines from has the fuel filter and fittings from a Rover p100 and not a Mini. I'm guessing that was a "We're running low on stock, raid the parts bin" special

The MPi has 2 varients of fuel filter depending on if its an early and later model.

To the man who left Debbie and her son stranded on the side of the A41 this evening by leaving their car up on a jack and telling them that their spare wheel wouldn't fit (it did) , you are lucky the TMF swear filters exist. I can't say what I really think about you. Fortunately I showed up, sorted your mess out and got them out of a dangerous situation.

Yesterday I agreed a price on a car I was selling. Buyer wants the car for parts. Fine by me. Buyer turns up today and says the parts aren't right so lowers his offer on the car. Nice try. Buyer walks away empty handed and I still have the car.

God f****** dammit! I've spent every evening this week making parts for my micra sub frame, got a load of parts fitting together nicely into a sub assembly, then spent this afternoon carefully tig welding it together making sure not to warp it. Just gone to fit the sub assembly to my jig only to discover I've put them together back to front.
