Great way to spend the first day of my week off. Waiting around in a hospital for my sister. Hope she is ok. Had to cancel going karting tonight for my birthday though :-(

I can go another night. Just means I won't get there at the beginning and will get little sleep before work the next day. Plus I will most likely ache.

Ha, I forgot how much your arms and back ache after a good karting session! Driving a mini straight afterwards as well!!! Best get on the weights!!!
