So they weren't from the UK then? Surely it can't be the weather, as it would be cold in Sweden as well.
Maybe they are all using that job as a stepping stone to something better.

Yes they are drums, disc hubs have the flange on the side not the bottom. The flange on those simply holds the brake back plate on,

here the tab goes length ways between the ball joints where as the drum hubs you linked there is 1 either side

The hubs in the auction you've linked are disc brake hubs.

Just timed my Clubman at 11.8 seconds to 60 using my dash stopwatches and a gps - 998 with heavily modded head, twin HS2, freeflow and rim-flo valves - is this good? Got no references except the old 0-60 which was like 18 seconds :D

I've dismantled a pair of vents and removed the "balls" which I'm sending off to be vacuum metalised - a chrome effect coating for plastic. Should look brand new when done. The justification of "because I want them" is the one I'm using funnily enough ;)
