Are you in a club? I did a 4 way split with a local club and it made it easier as we were looking for a bigger place.

I am in a local club..might put the idea out there but ideally id want my own space...I have 2 project cars and cant resist things that come up and will no doubt end up with more..

It is the hardest challenge of any car enthusiast imo. Not restoring the car, fnding a place TO restore it!
