Anyone who rents a unit or workshop. What should i be expecting to pay monthly and for what size? Struggling to find reasonable rates

Yea ive tried all the local industrial estates and the cheapest is about 250 but thats flat rate wihout vat and electric. Im going to have to drive round and search i think

Yeah you're better off asking around for outbuildings as units/workshops are going to cost more
