    Dont get me wrong I love it, every second of driving it. Just its recently decided it doesnt like its old parts and everything should be replaced.

    New cars will cost more in garage bills and parts as you won't be able to do as much of the work yourself. Modern cars are bigger and not always more efficient so you will spend more on fuel and find it harder to find car spaces. If I had the skills and have been able to repair my mini fast enough to get it through its MOT I would have done. I would happily use one as a daily driver.
