Got an odd sound from the rear of the mini when going over any bumps lately, almost like a squeak. Any ideas?

AA to the rescue, Mini was reving in idle at 3000 rpm. Looks like air control value is locked open. plus my engine mount rubbers are gone. ��

Don't have the tools and with the engine mount rubbers gone, was thinking of getting both jobs done in the one go at the garage.

Managed to clean my Mini, oil and tire checks & fitted my new Stereo, feeling pretty happy!

I've gone the other way, it was working before christmas, then the water pump packed in. Now it's in the garage with no coolant/rad/bonnet while I kill some rusty bits and other jobs in that area that need doing.
