No offence but as this is a Mini Forum, then I'd say you really should go for the Mini.

The Imp was plagued with reliability and recall issues, which even made the Mini production look sophisticated.

no afence but i dont realy care i love minis and ive had them befor dosent mean i cant still be on the forum becouse i have another classic car and i havent got it yet but hope fully i will and the mini also had lots of reliability isuses what dosent work can be fixed or modified to work better and imps they are harder to come across i do belive it is a good find

Well at the end of the day it is your choice and like I said I quite like Imps, but I'll always stick up for the Mini in preference really.
