Can't help you with the measurement bit as mine are now fitted but looking at you photo of the flange, it defo looks different to mine, i.e., yours has a raised boss whereas mine has a counterbore and it defo looks shorter in length than I remember? maybe you have the non vented disc type flange? I didn';t know they were different till I saw GW's posting.

I remember doing this conversion years ago (but using mini flanges) and having the same prob, I ended up having to fit longer caliper to hub bolts with spacers.

Don't think I would really want to add spacers behind the caliper - seems a bit of a bodge?
