If thats langley near london, it looks a straightforward journey on the map. M40? to Birmingham, around the edge to stafford and then to the ground.

Bummer. I think if you have autoroute software on the computer, it should be possible.

yeah, pretty much but I then have to go from Bingley to my mums in Wirral and I need Mr Tom Tom to guide me safely there. I can just take my laptop as most service stations have WiFi, I can just update it! Hopefully?

if you have the software on your pc. It should write a route from the 2 places you put in. You wont need an internet connection or GPS as it will just produce a map and directions on the pc. You will need to remember which directions uve used etc. Are you taking a passenger?
No, just little me and my Minxy for company. What is the software as I don't have it, can I download it?

Use a pen and paper? I just did, seems to work just as good as a printer, just takes longer!
