I live along the M40 and use it everyday and have done for the past 10-11 years doing the same mundain trip so I've learnt the way without the need for a Tom Tom and in a short space of time.

But your profile says you are only 19! Were you driving when you were 8, or do you mean being driven to Wirral etc?

Also I wasn't saying you were wrong Minx, just saying what my expereiences were when travelling in that part of the country.

It means i have been driving it myself for 2 years and have been a passenger for 9 years as my parents live at opposite sides of the Country.

Due to having a trailer my max speed is limited to 60mph, hence the having to leave a tad earlier. And im very good at getting lost! leaving services at 730 gives me 2.5 hours, 2 hours to drive and 30 mins to get lost, or 30 mins to have another break if i feel the need.
Chances are you will all drive past me around 9am, speeding past me into the distance lol whilst I trundle along probably behind a lorry..
