and i have noticed now that it seems to be bogging down at low revs, especially under load
it has a decat and straight through zorst and the lambda sensors have been disconnected

any ideas?

Connect the lambda sensors...?

You'r engine's proably runing in emergency-mode without lambda-signal.
That means: danger to your engine (too rich), less power (Honda ECU limits power if in emergengy mode, thought!)

It's an essential part of the engine's fuel management!

i presume they are the same colors for each lambda?

put them one way. if it doesnt help then connect the other way?

doesnt limp home mode limit you to a lower rev limit?

they are completely different plugs
one is a female and the other is male
and it doesnt have a limp home mode
even if it did i think the chipped ecu that lets it rev to 9k might have killed that facility.

im worried now.... i might have been flashed by a speed camera
i was driving sensibly (honestly) and i was approaching a speed camera so i put it down a gear into 2nd (someone had pulled out a little way back)
i know that i wasnt going anywhere near 30 as putting it into second when the engine is cold would make it have a fit
the car in front had already gone through the speed trap and there was a car coming the other way at about the same distance from the trap as i was
i wasnt paying much attention until it flashed then i slowed down even more( to about 14 mph) according to my speedo which cant be that far out
then i noticed the car that had been going the other way was quite a way behind me.

 i really hope my speedo isnt 50% inaccurate.

one tip is never trust your road angel/sat nav. Was with my dad going to london in a discovery 3, sat at what he thought was 70 on the road angel and wondered why everyone is going slow, quick glance to the speedo, doing 90! Another time going through some tree covered roads, we managed 798mph acording to the road angel !!!!!

get some fat fives on it, it'll look awesome

A mate of mine had a 93 Civic VTI (same engine i do beleive) and that was an awesome car, lowered on coilovers, fat 5's etc and it was a real hoot to drive. He's now got a DC2 teg and that is just absolutley nuts how much fun it is. Infact, it was the DC2 that inspired me to buy an Accord Type R. Oh how i miss VTEC

personaly i prefer the wheels that are on it to fat fives, they are honda 4 studs but i dont have a clue what from, plus i have a set of 5 on nearly new tyres

if i was to get some new wheels i would probably get rota grids in bronze
