yes, i agree and a 145 tyre on the "spare"

the size should be stamped on the wheel, in one of the four "pockets" in the rear of the hub, i think. unfortunately i lost my images when i had to re-boot my PC.

if they are exactly the same as the ones in my topic, then they will fit. read the topic fully and you will know all you need to know :proud:

tyres should be OK as long as they are in good nick :proud:

i think a wheel refurb is about £30-£40 per wheel but that includes the lot, cant remember the name of the place that most people recommend, but you can google local places =]

i think i will take them to a tyre shop or kwik fit to see the real measure of them and what they suggest..as really i dont know what size they are..
if they 6wide i think i will re sell them and get some that won't need body mod..

Stay away from Kwik Fit, otherwise they'll either try and jack your car up via the floors or sills etc or try and sell you things you don't need, like new tyres, exhaust, brakes and shock absorbers etc.

Easiest way is to google for 'Photobucket', upload your pictures there and then show them here by cutting and pasting the image code information (IMG CODE), that appears beneath each picture.

i should really...but everywhere it seam to be so expensive in london...
if they will fit with the tyres then i'm gonna swap the tyres around and use the bubbled up as a spare for a while...till i have the money for refurbish or the l2b
(if i can get a space inn...)

you will find that most standard cars fitted with alloys are using a steel spare wheel, I'm sure the 13inch minis did and i still haven't found a definitive answer on the 12inch minis, it seems some had a steel and some had an alloy spare ?????

you just use it in the same way you use a space saver spare, to get you home or to the nearest tyre shop.

i think, and i wait to be corrected, the only real thing you can do is match the tyres on each Axel, this means as long as the two fronts match, and the two rears match, it's not so important to match the fronts to the rears etc.
