Is the T2 water cooled as well, or does it just have a oil feed and drain plug?

I'm not sure if its water cooled or not, I'm pretty sure it is but not certain.

The whole turbo set up is a bit of a learning curve for me, but I'm sure i'll sus it out eventually.
