I'm pretty sure that was a typo by Pie there, 282kph is 175mph.
I think that's pretty FQ to use the abbreviation.

When i did my work experience at mitsubishi they took me out in the evo x
and it was a rally driver who took me out so he knew his stuff,
goes round corners like its on rails!
he got it to 115 down this narow road, was rather scary with a seatbelt rather than a harness!!!
and does fq serously stand for qucking fuick?
because i remember them saying it on like one of those cop chase programs

The fastest evo in the world is 221mph i think.
Im guessing that is the FQ model - which stands for ............doh family forum.....
that evo, owned by Simon Norris of Norris Designs i beleive, is actually a 2.24l stroked and bored. it also breaks down a lot.
the car is also made in to a coupe not a 4 door as per standard evos
linkage below for nice-ness

I wasn't sure whether it was still a 2l or not.
I saw it go round the track and it is truly amazing. Just has to kinda coast round the corners then just insane power on the straights.
On the same day saw a 800bhp scooby burst into flames.
