Thats nice and tidy. So, did you just wire brush the servo or did you take it off?

i've got a rubber sanding block and just went over it with that!
I think i may have laquered it a bit as well!
I've tried my best with the block!
it'll have a shiny new one in there one day! (with a cool colourscheme, like a union jack or something! don't steal my ideas! )
have u tried takin out the sound deadending yet?
i found an allen key behind mine!

i don't know!
i just thought it looked cool and i got it cheap so it's on!
cool air is supposedly more powerful than warm air as it contains more oxygen (it's denser) so i think it's put about 30 extra bhp into my engine!
i think it helps cool the hot air created by the manifold too!

Hi, can I ask why you have two flasher units attached to you bulk head and not just the usual one. Thanks.

looking at the age of the car, they arent flasher units!! as far as i remember 1 is the start relay, the other err!! could be the on/off for the indicators so they wont work with ignition
hazards and flashers are under the dash on 1 relay unit with 3 pins on later cars i think from about 89 onwards ish

Go to your local motor factor and get a degreaser called Jizer, the trade use it, it a amazing 100x better than gunk or anything else I've tried, also brings up aluminuim nice and shiny without anything else too, too jobs in one if you've got any ally bits!!
