Hi guys,

At the weekend i sheered one of the wheel studs on the front right hand wheel. Is it safe to drive it with the three remaining nuts, as long as they are done up tight?

Thanks.

Yeah i mean until saturday when i have time to fit the new wheel stud. Im awaiting delivery of it at the moment.

I suppose the real question is, will the wheel break off/come off if i drive it for an hour or so tonight?

Yeah, me too!
Buying baby milk for your starving children = essential.
Popping out for a cruise down the boulevard = non essential.

Just teasing. But be careful fella!

Dont do it.
On my first car, this happened and I thought "yeah itll be fine for a few days till I fix it" and yes, it was fine for a few days. Then the wheel came off in sainsburys car park. 10 minutes previously, I had been on a dual carriageway, which would have had nasty consequences.
