It wont be at Bingley because the organisers messed up and there is no TMF stand. Fools.

Speakers are 4 inch sony X-plod. 110w each. £40 for the pair I think, christmas present. But the sound quality really is astounding for such little speakers. Really impressed.

WoW...

Just read the thread from start to finnish, what a car!

Hats off to you!

Back to the door handles, I like it with the originals as it keeps it subtle with distinctive mininess!

Well done!

Thanks guys :genius:

Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be going to Bingley now.

Still waiting for my log book and also need to do a wheel bearing and a few bits still.

Dont worry, the whole car is having a light flat and buff before it hits the road!

Been covered in overspray and C**p being stood at the garage for so long.

Hmmm, maybe abit optomistic.

Cheers though

Got the wheel bearing sorted today, was dreading it, but only took about 45 minutes from start to finish.

Then I re-built the old radius arm, as the re-con one I put on was bent and sat the wheel at a right funny angle!!

Its so close to being finished now. Just a few bits to do like tidying wiring on the bulkhead and glueing the front carpet down.

So... the re-build is *initially* finished tomorrow I hope!! I look forward to the weeks of breaking down and fault fixing. Yay.

I swear i asked this yesterday but i must not have?

When you welded the seams, did you weld them ALL from the inside? I can see that you cut part of the rear belt mounts out to weld along ont of the joins, did you do this with the roof ect?
