such a shame jack i was wondering how the claim was going sad its ended like this though, how long ago was the accident again?

still think you should do the swift engine especially as it will practically cost you nothing on insurance under the traders policy

I think you could do the conversion with the car on the road for most of it.

surely a traders policy only ensures the policy holder to drive vehicles not registered to
him, and not for personnel use. ie only vehicles connected to the buisiness.

I may be wrong.

If it was a 50/50 pay out no-one should be solely to blame.

Sorry to hear about your accident, glad it's nearly on the road again Jack

Carl..

I have my own kinda 'sub policy' on my dads policy in my own name. It insures me in my own car (the mini) for social, domestic and commuting. And Im insured for any vehicle to do with the business, in business hours, for business reasons.

Im unsure if I will get a claim against me. Thought I would as a claim is still a claim.. Im not sure.

Anyway the Suzuki is no big problem, thinking of another project after the summer with a decent engine, and not much else on it... hehe.
