the only team that has a chance of breaking into the top four this year is villa. martin o'neil only needs a world class centre half and another good striker and they would have a serious shout of winning something IMO.

Personally I can't beleive Benitez has not be given the boot. He was won nothing in 2-3 years, and has made some horrific signings.

It's not the Liverpool way, we never sack managers, they resign in the summer.. (souness is the only manager we have sacked)

Were the most loyal fans in the world (in terms of backing our team and loyalty) and we will get behind our team (and the staff) no matter how bad it is. We all know rafa needs to go, but we wont sing rafa out no matter how bad it gets... what we will do is voice our opinion in different ways so he knows he has to leave.

But... because of this the American owners wont sake him, because they don't want to *yellow human water* us off any more. They have to try and keep us on side, so unless we sing for his head he's going nowhere (unfortunately).

we definatly need a striker, but a centre half???? we have let in the least amount of goals in the league (joint with you guys) and were on a run of 4 clean sheets so i have to disagree with that. richard dunne is f'ing awesome, man city are absolutly crazy to sell him for £7mil and buy lescott CRAZY i tell you! and carlos cuellar has been unbeatable since he started playing centre back again

lol i cant do that  my workmate (a huge spurs fan) might be reading this thread lol :)

no in all fairness, spurs do play some good football beating wigan 9-1 but if they keep losing silly games at home like wolves and stoke then they wont.

villa are on a really good run, they beat us without cheating, kicked man u off old trafford. they are playing real football and i think they deserve to be praised considering where they were before oneil took over. i told people just after they got oneil that they would be the suprise package a few seasons ago and i havent been wrong. now its no surprise and the rest of us have to look out.

i agree about your two you have now, cuellar looks the bargain of the season so far. i say you need another just incase you lose one due to injury, knight doesnt look to be able to fill the boots of the two you have now. you guys need a little squad depth.
