well i was talking to my Girl friend on the phone and we were talking away about random stuff and then the subject turned to what else i needed to buy to get vini back on the road and she the went off on one about how what a waste of money "it" is and how i should by a corsa or something sensible and how it isnt safe etc etc so i did what any normal mini lover would do i deffended vini and she then said how her family say i should buy a new car and her friends say that as well etc etc etc
and then the big one landed that i thought i would never hear

and then the water works started (her end not mine) so i had to explain that it was a different kind of love and that it would be weird and wrong if i loved vini in the same way as i love her and she calmed down and appologised (yes a woman appologised)
but what is going on in the world that women can get jelous of a car i mean i love vini but nothing could ever come between me and my girlfriend.
why dont women get that????

Luckily my Girlfriend has a thing for cars aswell (Pug 206 to be precise) so she kinda understands where I'm coming from when I spend so much time,money and attention on it haha.

My ex used to love my mini! went to a few shows together as well, she made me text her everytime I drove home, just so she could know I got home in one piece & didn't break down hope I find another girl who understands my mini love as much as she did!

This kind of subject got me into trouble once with urm mini love.....
Anyway
As long as you are spending equal time with your mini and your girlfriend....and not spending all your money purely on your mini then i cant see a reason for this to get to this stage...i mean my partner says this on a few occasions but she only jokes about it...
I think she just needs bit of TLC is it just that month time again or is there something personal wrong with her at the mo

I used to have a girlfriend who said you spend so much time messing around with your car, you must like it more than me.
Oops, then the latest said the same, so gave her some *male chicken* and bull story about how it brought me and my dad closer together and that without my car I wouldn't have met alot of my friends. She bought it. Happy days.
People just don't understand how much I love my little car, probably not healthy actualy.

i think it is that time of the month and i spend more money on her and more time on her so i dont see what shes worrying about but shes a girl
