Wouldnt bother with a vr6, the mk2 chassis needs a lot of work to get it handling properly again after the conversion, so the engine is far too heavey for a mini. Even a KR isnt a light engine.

If you don't go ahead I've got a vr6 sized space in the back of my camper :tumble:

8v lump has been done before so its not completely impossible.

if your going 20v i would put the bam engine in out the s3 although i am selling my mk3 golf vr6

i have decided not to put the vr6 engine in .. therefore it is now for sale.

any one know where i can get a vtec engine?
