Would it be useful to have a list of when each of us should be getting there? To see who's likely to get there first, would make sense if we are to have a camping spot.

Ok everyone I had a chat with the lady on the end of the phone on the number on the SMD website, hmmm anyway you get the idea!!!
Turns out we can get some allocated parking but we have to arrange it when we get there. The first person who gets there needs to arrange it though. This is what I was told
First person who arrives needs to speak to the camping attendants (not the entrance attendants) explain they are from the Mini Forum and would like to reserve 'X' amount of camping spaces all together. This will obviously will take some organising and some how everyone arriving is gonna need to try and find this first person so what I would like to do is get a list of everyone who is going and approximate time they are gonna arrive?
