When i was 19 I had a 1.8 Clio RSi insured with the AA for £1200 fully comp with 2 accidents on my list - i must have been very lucky

Really? Thats pretty good! I hadn't had any claims, no points, third part fire and theft on my own policy, over £2,000 on a 1.8 Focus! And they are only insurance group 5!! Oh the joys of motoring...

i just got a quote from Footman james of £1048 for my 1st year TPFT and im 17
the next cheapest was £2000
all the companies say its beacause of my area
