Well after getting caught in yesterdays monsoonal coniditions. Today my car took ages to start. Then decided to cut out every time i pulled away from the lights or roundabouts.
Finally to work, quite late.
On the way home it was worse. Massive backfiring ( never knew they were so loud) and totally breaking down in the middle of junctions.
Got home and finally wiped the leads etc etc and fixed it
What a day to have. Only positive thing is that i found out my Hazard lights dont work....could of done with them earlier

Fitted the offside wheel arches, which involved a lot of Isopon (well, that's an understatement..) Can't believe how quick I got everything done this morning though, especially after the amount of time I seem to be taking of late to do tiny little jobs. Today was like Scrapheap Challenge on speed.

Ive fitted a new pair of rear brake cylinders, new rear shoes, made a union jack decal for the sunroof and a load of stickers which look like screw heads which im gonna stick in random places so it looks like there holding the car together. Oh and an Autobot transformer sticker for the bonnet badge
All ive got left to do know is re-blead the brakes, fit a new fuel pump, refit the exhaust/manifold/carb etc and sort a couple of bits out in the interior then it will be ready for its MOT yay!! (hopefully in 2 weeks time.

today on the city e i fitted a new front and rear screen chrome strips, changed a cv boot, fitted a new rear fog light, swapped the grey exterior door handles for some new chrome ones, rerouted some wiring, fitted some new wheel arches, changed front subframe mounts all for an mot next week. i must say the rear subframe does look quite scabby but i will see how it goes lol.
