Shifty, you know I can't get sensible insurance on that.

306 looks good. Siecento is not really my cup of tea. I know I said I badly need a set of wheels, but there's much nicer cars around.

See, thats why I gave you a choice of 3 small/med/large!!

306 wouldn't be a bad buy for £500-600?

Bit too far for me actually. Ideally I need to have bought and insured the new car by Monday.

There are some really crap and expensive cars around it seems. A 1.1 Citroen Saxo for £2000?!

First chap we went to see had a real attitude problem, so I walked away from that staight away.

Right I need some more opinions on this Mitsubishi Colt before I possibly put a deposit down tomorrow.

Not a bad car but WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY overpriced!!!

To me thats a £750 car, dealer price £850.

Just had a look on the trader site to confirm.

Theres no way its worth £1500.

EVER!!

Bid him £850.

Its all its worth!!

Just went to look at a Astra Mk3. 40,000 miles, old man owner from new, full service history, mint condition inside and out, for £900.

I bet you're going to say that's way overpriced too?

Poverty Spec!!!

to be honest sounds a better buy than that Colt.

Bid £750 on the Astra and see what they say.

There's no way he will sell it for £750. He knows he will get a buyer at £900.

Remember that cars sell for more around here, people here have too much money.

My second car was a Mk3 Astra, 27K, CD model for £900. Cleanest and most reliable car I ever bought. My brother still has it now.

Looks like the credit crunch hasn't reached your neck of the woods yet!!

I'm amazed at those prices, I can buy loads cheaper up here, hell I could buy something for you and deliver it AND still make a shedload of cash off you!!

(Hmmm, now theres an idea!!)
