Wow wicked. All these pictures look amazing! I would love to get a reptile, but.... i am moving out soon with a mate of mine:
1- He hates lizzard or anything that crewls
2- The landlady wont allow pets >.<
Maybe just live at home for the rest of my life with mum and dad :tumble:

ive been thinking for a while about bringing one of the bigger pet (either jesse or speed) on mini runs and to shows with us in a totally custom made tank that will go in the mini, im just wondering how to power it all as its quite a drain i reckon even for a car battery for a few days

i think it may be too loud in there aswell tho and if we crashed it wouldnt be fair

but still also very cool, the first bearded dragon ever to go on the london to brighton run

by the way about the costs, i spend about £13.50 a week on locusts which happily feeds all of the pets that require them
plus a bit extra for adult flying locusts to treat jesse

i have some more pictures of when he was younger
but he only cost me £35 and i can get them now for £15, where did you get yours from?

You can actually buy insects online in bulk for a lot less than the petshops offer ;D

That's how we kept Scorchy supplied.

i've always wanted a chameleon after holding a wild one out in kenya..they can actually run really fast when they want to lol.

but after reading up on them theres a lot of work involved in keeping them
so maybe when i've finished uni.

there is a bit pet shop near me which has recently started doing all sorts of lizards, snakes, tortoises etc
and is really interesting just to watch them to be honest.

chameleons are great fun when theyre ok, but they are realy bad at showing symptoms to anything thats wrong with them untill its too late
i wouldnt reccomend getting one as a first lizard, your not really supposed to handle them a lot either as they get stressed very easily
although ours seemed to love coming out and climbing around

thats prolly about as big as he'll get now, he'll just start getting fatter and lazier
jesse is the only bearded dragon ive seen that actually has kept the same amount of energy throughout his life so far
if your hoping to have a breeeding pair then keep them in seperate tanks, the male will dominate the female and stress her out
im sure youve looked into it and realise youll need an incubator and everything

by the way does anyone elses just sit there and barley move, as every other bearded dragon ive seen is just lazy when they get bigger

I have loved reptiles and frogs from quite an early age and we quite often had pet lizards that my brother would find in the backyard. I am still holding onto the dream of owning a python one day, just waiting til I have my own place because Mum won't let me!

Me aged 5 and 6:
