Not quite the same but very similar.

I'd absolutely love to keep a Thorny Devil, they are amazing creatures!

Apparantly they're next to impossible to keep though .

I really wouldnt mind a bearded dragon (or two) but i think until i get myself a job it wont happen  too many tanks.

Ive got 3 African Dwarf frogs,

1 African Clawed frog,

A Map turtle,

4 Goldfish,

2 Female Betta's, and 2 Male Bettas, Females are in the same tank, Males in there own (Violent when together), Although they do still flare at eachother across the room :)

The Bettas were impulse buys really, I saw them at a friends house being treated very badly, and had to take them on, so i told him i'd be interested if he needs a hand and took them all

Im after a 20gallon tank for the Goldies, as there getting quite big and need there space!

All in my room :D

i really want one, but yea not worth the effort you'd have to go to to keep them alive. i read somewhere about either keeping massive colonies of the ants they require. or breeding crickets and feeding them on nettles. either way just finding one and being able to afford it would be hard enough.

think im getting a male and two female water dragons next. n maybe a few more female cresties, once the breeding starts = ]

I've been told that you can get them for about £90.

But yeah, they eat like 2000 ants a day :|.

Thats a lot of ants to count 2000 can you not dig out some ant nests and keep them in a big tank. Only the black ants i have also red ones but you do not want many bites of them.Do they not eat cockroaches, green fly, blue bottles or 100000 nats.

i believe their diet is restricted to a certain species of ant that only live in austrailia. so you'd have to keep a huge number of these breeding. i think its a certain chemical in these ants that the lizards need. which isnt normaly found in the usual feeder species. but i have herd rumours of crickets fed on nettles being a suitable alternative.

nice lizard to look at but might not have as much personality as beardies. im sat next to the girl friends and hes making an escape attempt as i write this. i'll let him out as soon as he poo's. im sure anyone who has one will understand, its not good for carpets!

Yeah, i'd read about them requiring australian ants too. Not heard of the cricket thing though.

Haha, are you kidding? What more could one ask for? They do a weird dance, they can drink through their feet and they generally look a bit cheesed off all the time, hehe.
