steve, thanks very much for those pictures. exactly what i was looking for....narrow grp2's it is!

are you fitting an edgeing rubber strip between the arch and the body?

eh? Steve said he's running group 2 wide??

Aye i know that, and theyre too wide for me!

The one's have in the picture are Gp 2 Wides from Minisport. When thay are fitted for real, I will be using a rubber strip between the body and arch.

They still need a bit of sanding on the edges to the body as "from the mould" they are not "exact".

I may also trim the outer edge a little to reduce the overall width but I will wait until I am a little further on to check the exact sizing.

As my woodwork teacher used to say, "you can always take a bit more off lad, but you can't put it back on once you've gone too far"!

Any more questions, give me a shout.

Cheers Steve

Cheers Steve, order my grp 2 narrows from minispares and got the rubber strip for between the body and arch!

Is there much work involved in getting them to fit?

Would 6x12 minilights or superlights fit under grp 2's? I have standard discs on the front and drums on the back. I don't want to get into trouble with the rozzers lol.

Cheers,

Andrew

no your disks push the wheels out a inch more than the drums

you will need group 2 wides or group 5's

You can put longer wheel studs and spacers on the front to make them the same width as discs.

Mine where Minispares ones. I opened a thread which many may remember, as they were shockingly bad.

I still did my best, and made them fit. W&P's are on the horizon. >_<

i'll have to dig out the thread >_<
