I've spoken to the organisers and they have very kindly said that if anyone from TMF would still like to be on the stand please see KELLY on the gate and explain you are with TMF, she knows what's happend to Vernon and will let you in as if you have an exhibitors pass. They have asked anyone wanting to be on the stand to be there by 9.30am and as it is indoors have under 1/4 tank of fuel and batteries disconnected.

There have been several people saying they may be unable to be on the TMF stand so if you are there before 9.30am and would like to be on the display please feel free to ask Kelly, we have 8 spaces. There will not be any TMF banners there as they are currently inside Vern and I cannot take any responsibility of who is on the stand whilst I'm not there.

Those who make the journey please be so careful, the weather forecast is even worse for tomorrow and I know it's obvious but remember you will have to travel back in it too, I really don't want to see any more poorly minis. Take care everyone and hope you have a brilliant time, I'm so sorry and gutted I can't be there to see you

im still going... ended my holiday a day early for this and tango is loaded up ready to look festive sorry to hear about vern bec and hope to see you at another show at somepoint in the near future.

The Scamp is all ready to go

NOT looking forward to the Journey as i think it might be a little FRESH

We will be there before 9.30am but will be setting off early'ish so we can stop for 'warm-up breaks' if it gets just too cold

Hope others are doing the Christmas theme as we have been doing bits all night!!!

we set our stands up this afternoon - traders are just turning up and setting up stalls without booking !! part of central minis stand at the back of me has been given to a tat dealer - so be quick and early before they let any more space go to other ' late arrival ' trader stands

If pre booked club stands are being carved up and re-allocated thats really not on,We are not arriving until the morning,if our stand has been divided up there will be carnage! Whats the point in pre-booking anything if they are just going to do this?

Most club stands looked as though they were pretty much left alone, but I booked and paid fir electrics on the basis I could share with the guys from central - cheeky tatter asked if he could use on of my extension leads for his kettle tomorrow

I think it should be ok space wise , but it looks like it'll be the usual scramble to get a lot of minis into a tight area in a short space of time - so be early !!

On a plus note, parking for visitors in minis is under cover on the barns next to the show hall

I am going to try and tackle it in the snow
Have like dry weather tires on and 12x6 wheels which may make it difficult but going to try
Will leave at 8 on a 30 mile journey should leave me plenty of time to get there just hope I still have a place safe on the stand

It looks like its gonna be a good show, if its all sold out trader wise then there should be a good selection of traders to chose from.


Looking forward to it, chance to catch up with old mates and will be nice to meet some new people.

There is one new trader there, never seen them before at a show, Shropshireclassicminis.co.uk - he's got a proper fancy display stand though

Just turn up and ask for Kelly, she'll be the blonde haired girl who looks harrassed(and probably with a clipboard). Say you're on the TMF stand and she'll let you into the hall(without a pass)

If any of the Original TMF Stand dont turn up then i presume the extra spaces will be on a 'first come first served basis'.


I will be very disappointed and angry to be honest if we drive for over an hour in the Scamp, enduring freezing temperatures, only to find somebody else has blagged themselves on the stand in our spot! >



If the originally allocated TMF stand members want to swap numbers then PM me
