[my_first_mini]

i do like the game alot, but i have 1 snag, wheres the infamous nissan gtr? on the loading screens, on the facts at the bottom it says how the gtr beat the record on the nordschleiffe.!!

i was wondering the same, i think that not bad for its only down point tho!! lol

I think this could turn into a good bit of fun actually.

I did alot of "Clan" (team) Racing on the PS2, toca 2 and Toca 3, the online features were a bit of a secret really, because i had loooads of freinds on there and we used to go on every night We had tournements and stuff. One of the Big clans on 360 started on the Ps2, UKOG, which is United kingdom online gaming, they hold championships to.

I'd be well up for getting somthing like that up and running? I'l chuck a quick website together or we could just have a facebook or somthing, With dates, League tables etc.

I think it'd be better to all race one car, The main one for teams on Forza 2 was the Peugeot 206RC because it had pretty much endless scope for tuning and upgrades. So we all buy the car, Paint it in our own racing livery, Upgrade it to the SAME level, then we can do what we like with tuning it before races.


Not forgetting though, we now have V8 Supercars in forza, so we could use them. If it takes of we could expand it onto other racing games like Race PRO and even other platforms if theres enough players.

Alittle of topic i know but where is the cheapest place to get an xbox 360 from because this game has sort of made me want to get one

Although i duno whether to save to get a mini maybe early next year or get a 360 now, what do u all think? (The money from a 360 will go along way to getting a mini)

so is there no option of setting up an internal online style tournament, like an online preset ? did i say that right

just thinking how to have some competetive fun without it getting too complicated

Unfortunatly not, unless we wanted to do a whole series of 8 or so races on one night? and i was thinking at least one 5 lap race at Nurburgring, we could save that for sunday nights before topgear?

Just say a season is 8 races, we'l chuck together an excel spreadsheet after each race with points etc, an extra point go's to the driver who acheived the fastest lap of the race.

Oh yea, Assist will be kept minimal, so:

Autobrake = Definate no,

ABS = -1 point

Stability control = Yes

Traction control = No, -1 for each stage (medium, full etc)

Gears = no point reduction for automatic but we should really be racing Manual, were men!
