nooooooooooooooooooooo!!! suppose i knew that was goin to happen as some point...oh well still got 395,000 in the bank jus wanted to buy something and i love the r8 (and its the v10)

I've got a datsun 510 now for drag racing. Spent about 2 hours tweeking tyre pressures and spring stiffness etc for drag racing. Currently got the time down to 22 seconds dead for the 1 mile drag race, so i'm giving veyrons a run for their money now I've got the tuning set up on my storefront if anybody wants it for their 510.

I love my skyline though, got that setup for circuit racing. It'll pretty much thrash anything i've come across. Its R2 class now with 1002bhp!

Also got an M3 GTR set up for drifting, but i need more practice at that. I'm good at high speed drifts, not low speed though really like it is online.


I'll be up for a race next week. I'll be doing it the real mans way though: No assists and manual gears, with clutch.

Clutch just doesnt work on controller, you NEED a G25

I'l buy it from your storefront, You'l get the acheivement then to. Not that it matters, but theres nothing better than 1000/1000g in Xbox land

I've already got the acheivement anyway. I've sold 6 so far! I priced the setups at 5k so i've made myself 30,000 from them so far.

Although to be honest i found somebody elses setup which was free, which allows a 510 to run 21.60 miles, so all my work was pretty pointless Although it was pretty satisfying.

I think my setup just needs tweeking with the gear ratios. I'm gona have a go next week so that the gear ratios are longer, so you only use 5 gears rather than 6. Because thats what this other guys setup had, and you crossed the line at about 235mph, whereas with my you cross it at 226mph, so quite a difference.

You get a good, controlable launch with my setup though which is pretty good.

I still quite like using the clutch even on controller because you can put it in, rev the engine and then dump it to start a drift off. I do it quite often when i'm starting to understeer off the track.

Awsome I wish you could add more aerodynamical aids personally, the standard splitter than Forza give you is pathetic and i dont see how it would alter air flow other than increasing drag at all

Yeah. Well on all my jap cars i've fitted the forza front and rear spoilers, just so i have the adjustments.

When my supra was rear wheel drive, adjusting the rear spolier for more downforce did make a noticable improvement when the turbo comes in

You take forza's tuning options as seriously as me I remember racing my brother time trials, we'd do 10 laps each to see who got the fastest time. I'd do a banker lap, then add a rough set-up, then keep adjusting it to find tenths of a second to increase my time he used to get really fed up of it, but i always won

I reckon we should write to Turn 10 and tell them to add the mini as a DLC car
and tell them how big the mini scene is and they will get more sales
That would be sick at drifting
Mike you should buy the VW Rabbit GTi and do that up thats nearly as good as the datsun

Front wheel drive drift? Good idea though, i think they'd do a better job than PGR did.

I tuned a Rabbit all the way to max and it was awsome Did do any body mods though.
