did you really expect to phone up and get a van now?!! really?!!
If you want a van you need to book the year before. I think most vans are gone 2 weeks after the previous show. We always book the van for the following year before we leave.

I sent off an enquiry to Porth Beach, will have to see if they've got space still.

I am sure if you ask nice they will make room for you! If not, Look for a purple mini named Pheniox. It has a pretty shabby handbrake and you can push it out the way! So if theres no space, move phenoix into the big concreate hole near where the TMF lot camp ie swimming pool (its meant to be full with water, but rarely is during Riv Run, they use the time we are there to give it the yearly clean ) then you can camp in its place! lol

the web site always says fully booked that weekend because it's a mini event and they don't want anyone else camping there that weekend

run to the sun is 10 times as big and they always find camping space so i would be very surprised if the site is fully booked

I rang them up, they asked me the dates, I told them and they say fully booked.

phone again in the morning and ask for a spot for a tent for the riviera run

TMF area is down behind the swimming pool (just look for Dolly the camper when you get there)

Why are people booking spots? Just turn up on the day and pay £25.00... why pay an extra £6.00 to book for a spot? People just camp where they want or is space. Do Trevelgue mark off spots for pre-books? If so i'll ring up cause its worth it... if not i'll just save myself £6.00 and pay on the day.
