Hi Guys - new today so looking at the events for 2010. Can you let me know what this one is about please?

convoy down Friday or Saturday (or just by your self)

camp/caravan in camp site just out side of Newquay

chill out weekend

show and shine/traders sunday

Sunday around 4 ish, join the mad cornish mini club run around cornwall (somewhere around 800 minis all getting lost around some of the smallest roads you have ever been on)

Monday go home

(although you can camp for the week at no extra money)

Looking it forward to it - didnt make it on the run last year as mini was in garage and love going on the run. dont they change it every year between two runs? Will it be the one where you go through St. Austell this year?

i have never done the same run twice in 15 years

yes some bits are the same because Cornwall is only a small county

normally Millsmini and family plan the run

How have people been booking camping sites at Trevelgue for this?

I have tried calling both the 01637 number and the 0845 but they both have the same message saying that their office is closed?!

My mate booked a caravan a few days ago. Maybe their just snowed off at the moment.

Im there caravan booked most of our club is going and also got a friend from Doncaster traveling down too!!!!!

i cant decide if im going. im not a member of a club and dont know any other mini'ers.. so would be abit lonely lol but sure to meet some cool people.

Last year was the scariest run I have ever done. People were driving far to fast for the roads they were travlling down. I had to be super careful too as I had 2 kids in the back and a passenger. It was impossible to keep up with the car infront. Too dangerous. I really wasn't surprised that there were so many victims last year.

I'm considering going again this year, Probably be on my own tho so very unsure
