i had the same problem the other day, it wouldnt unlock, but plenty of WD-40 and wiggling it left, right, up and down, it eventually opened.

mine does it, what i think it is is the salt and grime on the roads had got into the lock and the aligning pins have got stuck, i put the wrong key into the lock, to try and free the pins a bit, it worked, but it may have been fluke

did it today!!, basically got a very small drill bit, put it in the lock opening and drilled once... now it works and i can still lock it!
