If you are going to be doing everything from spark plugs to big ends etc then you may need a smaller one to. Have a look through a haynes manual at the work your going to be using it for and then decide. I have 2, one that starts at about 5 lb/ft to about 50 and another that starts at 40 lb/ft to god knows what.

Or look here for a quick reference.

Should be okay for most things, as above, if only for occasional use and you treat it well you'll have no problems.

I think the Draper ones are only badged Draper, as several other companies sell identical kit, so don't worry too much.

I've a similar one, with a different badge, for five years now. Working in engineering I've had it's calibration checked and it was still pretty spot-on. I'd like a smaller one for little nuts and bolts, and as mentioned it's not quite up to hub nuts, but will do pretty much everything else!

You might find MachineMart or somewhere does a set of two torque wrenches of different sizes, may save a few pennies!

Lastly, if you're rebuilding consider a breaker bar as well, buy for about £10, and will help you to undo the big, highly torqued nuts and bolts.

Never had or used one myself, but if I get a particularly troublesome nut I generally get the grinder out.

In conclusion - it wouldn't hurt, but you can do without,
