Hard to tell with my crappy pics but the fuel pipe had been pinched on the heelboard when installed back in 2016. It has always bugged me. I finally took care of it by replacing that section with a flexible item.

Back in 2016 when I fitted the boot floor, I forgot to put the captive nut for the negative battery cable. I got the small bracket for it and, my bad, I thought it would come with the nut itself. So I had to include one myself, even if it's 5/16'' UNC. Can't find UNF in hardware stores.

 

 

 

Welded it over the boot floor. I know it's meant to go under it, but I really can't and it doesn't seem to be a problem

Too late now, but I would’ve just welded the nut straight to the ‘shell.
I’ve never understood why they used this type of ‘loose’ captive nut for the battery earth as they promote bad connection.

The lower dash rail was broken in two pieces when I took it out in 2009. It's super expensive to buy a new one, so I tried to repair it. I glued the two pieces together and it worked well. I tried to hide the remaining crack by wrapping the whole piece with a vinyl piece but it didn't work out. So I sprayed lots of layers of Plasti Dip and I think it came out OK.
