Very good point from Binge. Red may appear as a back light.

Any colour other than white, or light blue is silly and not sensible. What's the point in making your lights some colour, to be given a fixed £60 fine? The lights were less than that!!

I saw a chav with blue front lights, cop drove opposite way, turned around, Fined.

At the end of the day, White lights were there for a reason. Not to look good, to keep drivers safe. If you change the colour, you're putting not only yourself at risk, but other drivers too.
