Some move up to 400cc first. The last bike i restored was an old RG250 Gammer lucky Strike that went fast.
Adam you have to take a first test on 125cc.If you have a booked course they hire the bike most pass but it costs a lot.
My Favourite old Bike was a Suzuki GS550 ltd. edition.Chopper design.Tried the old 750cc road bike named Dirty Mucker it was like an old tank. :D

Well the pass rate for cars is something like 30%, and its 80% for bikes on direct access.

The examiner cant see you messing up gear changes, that sort of thing, like in the car.

The U turn is ment to be pretty easy, but you need to make sure you use a good bike, a racing bike like GSXR would be a nightmare to take your test on.

Im looking to take mine next year, need a bike first :D

Dont forget to keep doing your lifesavers.
Stay calm, ride safe
Listen to examiner (thier nice peaple)

If you go out of radio range tap the top of ya helmet
If you go out of sight of him...pull over in a safe place, he will find you.

Most of all, try and have fun, treat it as a ride with a new mate, telling you where to go

Good luck

I have a scooter, does that count? >_<

I'd like a bobber at some point, most likely cheaper to insure than my mini will be :shifty:
