NO Mot
6 months tax
Drives well, no major mechanical defects
Standard 4" sills


This little rude boy has arrived in PX, its has NO MOT, but we have the MOT station's failure slip which states the following:


BAD POINTS

Rear subframe corroded
Rear brake lights do not work
Screen jets blocked
Headlights out of alignment
Play in one ball joint

MORE BAD POINTS

We have looked at it, and the following issues also need attention

You can put two fingers through both rear wheel arches near to the shock absorber mount
O/S inner sill corroded to the point where you can see the road through the floor
Drivers seat has collapsed
Corrosion, but not excessive, in boot floor around subframe mounts


GOOD POINTS

Stereo is banging and aftermarket speakers
6 months Tax
Gearbox and engine are both all good
Hpi Clear
80,000 miles

Looks ok, a weekend work would have 12 months on it, I've seen much worse make £1200+ on fleabay.

I don't think it makes a good candidate for breaking if the bits which make the money like rear subby is rusty and the seats not tip top etc

Best to sell off as a whole and be done with it!!

i paid £1700 for my last mpi, was a '97 with 45k miles and was in far better condition, only a couple of specs of rust (good for mpi!!)
I wouldnt want to pay more than £1200-1300 in that condition. Thats my opinion anyway.
