I think you will need to come a lot further forward than that just to get the airflow through the radiator. You will be suprised how far forward you can mount a radiator in the mini and still get the fan in front of it.
The uno radiator sits right on the edge of the subframe and the tank is a bit slimmer so there is about 4 inches between them.

Is that a varley red top type battery nestling in there aswell???
Very neat, where have you plumbed the servo to on the bike engine exactly??
Are you running a fan on it now or doesnt it need one??

Yeh its just a bit bigger than a bike battery. I made a little tray that goes across the subframe in front of the fuel tank which has the battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator (accessible from under the front end without removing the bonnet) and starter solenoid.

In my effort to keep the weight down, i havent fitted a fan but it only needs one if sitting in traffic on a hot summers day for more than 10 minutes, in which case i just turn the engine off when the temp goes above 90 degrees C. When driving the normal temperature is 70-75C even under severe thrashing!!!

For the brake servo i drilled out one of the bolts that each intake port has on the engine block. I am planning to ditch the servo though very soon..

No not yet but looks very similar to yours. That subframe then must be made from mild steel if Chris is going to get it powder coated. Bet it looks the dogs though. :dontgetit:
