Discovering that the Woodruff key was knackered (and on the critical path) I ordered one from MiniSport who wanted an eye-watering twenty-three Pounds to send it to Cyprus!

Yes, classic cars are outrageously priced here - they'd rather let them rot in a field than sell them for what they consider to be 'cheap'...just moved back from Cyprus a few months ago. Could not for the life of me find a Mini for under 3000 euro. even a 'project'. nice to see you found 1. i knew they were out there

I hope to drive it eventually!
I painted the frames with a couple of coats of POR15 and wanted to give it a top coat or two - white Hammerite seemed an excellent idea at the time!
