This weekend's efforts saw the rear brakes finished apart from the last bit of hard piping and the boot fitted out and boot lid installed, although I'm not happy with the number plate lamp gasket as it has shrunk and the catch seems a little stiff - might be 2 steps forward 1 step back as I strip these off again to remedy. Looked good for the photies though
Can't wait to get it into daylight and get some proper pictures of the colour though

The quality of this is amazing, it looks better than factory! Are you going to enter it in to any concourse competitions Graeme?
Are those machined number plates?!

Numberplates are Frampton's perspex 'silverline' - not cheap but I think just a little bit nicer than pressed ali.
Arches are Aus spec ones imported specially - again not cheap but a bit deifferent to the norm.
Progress has been made but no pics yet - rear screen is in, doors are hung and handles fitted, capets in, rear seat in, handbrake fitted and cabled.
Annoyingly I have managed to scatch the drivers door today fitting the clips for the outer weather seal. Royally pi$$ed off any my painter is going to hate me!
An Joo - daylight pics in this weather? Are you mad, woman?!

Oh gods. Not surprised you's peed. I shall be petrified of doing this myself soon. At least you can just whip off the door & take it back to the shop.

Well I've been out for a bike ride today. It's bloody lovely is a grey 'n' muddy kind of way!

Interior's nearly finished and all the electrics work apart from the horn, which i think is knackered rather than the electrics being wrong .
Need to find some correct screws and things for the door furniture on the driver's side though.
