if they dont try spacered drums on the back and u know u have to cut the front arches if they havnt been done already??

This is probably refering to the fact that such large, heavy and offset wheels cause Mini's to 'tramline' on the road over bad surfaces, also the steering becomes quite heavy at parking speeds. Basically Mini's drive and handle much better on their original smaller, lighter 10" and 12" wheels but some still like the looks of big 13" wheels........

You will definately need a spacer as well as spacered drums. I didn't think this either till i fitted my sportspack wheels
there is a positive offset(i think) on sportspack wheels, i'd say the deep dish will have enough offset to not need the spacer

legally you are allowed 1/4 of the wheels to be sticking out of the arches.

I dont think Group 5's will cover the deepdish 13's. Check out the link below for arches recommended for 13" wheels.
