Any Idea What The Door Pockets On This Mini Are?

These are my door pods i made from a set of old mini doorpockets and fibreglass, they were quite easy and cheap to do and much better then spending £60 on a pre-made set!!

Very nice emalee. Any idea what filler you used to get that finish?

Iv been using this B&Q stuff and its god awful. When you try and sand it it just picks up blobs form underneath and leaves big pockets. Useless stuff, and the rest just goes all fluffy. SO timewasting and frustrating.

Do they still smell of fiberglass?? I made a pair of sub boxes about 3 or 4 months ago and they still eminate a whiff of fiberglass on hot days - i dno if thats mormal of deadly bad?

£200!!!!!!!!!!!! How on earth can someone charge that much and not have a guilty conscience. Absolutely ridiculous

Thanks, after using the fibreglass resin and matting i used the normal car body filler, should be able to get it from Halfords etc

they don't really smell have to say....

Don't people sometimes mix up resin, filler and harderner and kind of paint it on? Never tried it myself but I think I'll try to mix some up next time I'm in need.
