well - theres a lot of reasons why we're selling, but the main one is i want to go back to school and for that i need to quit my job, which means i cant pay for the house. if i sell it, i can purchase a much cheaper house and still have enough money to take a sabatical, go back to school and still have money for my next projects

lol - thanks. yeah the cat weights about 18 lbs, 14y/o and he comes to get me for our nap time every day at 3pm (i work from home).
