Looking good Carlos I have to say I don't envy you one bit also loving the eat sleep rave repeat reference
Thanks Darren
As with many parts of this project, I'm getting better at applying filler, if I'd been good at applying filler to start with I'd probably be finished the filling stage!

I know how you feel mate.
I have just welded up the sills on my Xsara, and as i wanted a factory look to them, the patches had to be butt welded in ground up and filled and they ended needing huge patches due to the rot so lots of filler work afterwards and as the weather has been bad, i did it in the garage. Don't you just love the taste of filler dust!!!??
Especially in huge quantities for long periods of time!!
It's looking spot on though mate, cant wait to see this in a nice new coat of paint.
Good luck
Ben

Ah, Paint!
Something I've been thinking about a lot!
I may go purple, with a white roof, and white van grille ????
Any opinions are welcome

There isn't really a lot to say really! Filler takes longer to go off in the cold, the amount of parts in my garage is hindering progress, that's about it really!
There are a couple of little bits of welding to finish off, mounts for the bonnet locks, some small repairs to the scuttle lip, and reinforcement plates for the solid front sub frame
A day of seam sealing is on the cards too!

To be honest.......
I didn't! I paid someone to do it!
I've just read all of this. Can't believe I've not been in this thrwad before, Carl. You've put a hell of a kot of effort into it mate. Coming along really well!
Progress is slow Matt, the aim is to get it primed soon and a top coat on as soon as the weather warms up a bit!
