The model I have as a complete black front with chrome dials, graphics equalizer, hidden dvd tray and media card slots etc. It looks really smart.
I use it in my bedroom as my TV, Security system (cctv camera connected up), hi-fi, dvd player and ofcourse a computer. It as a remote control which you can configure to programs etc, so I can click TV on the remote and I get my TV software opened up etc. music button opens my media player and plays music etc. Mines similar size to a shuttle pc.
Theres newer models about including ones which are built into a screen so save space etc. Most of the newer ones dont come with the graphics equalizer etc on the front, which i think is what makes it.

Although at the end of the day, its a PC. You can buy the TV card, you can buy the remote and reciever and software etc and modify your existing pc.
Although its not a complete tidy unit as you get with buying a media pc complete.
