Decided to mount it properly ( plus I forgot the maniflow logos can be seen now)
Oh yes … snapped the poly bobbin while refitting …. Had an old rubber mount , fitted that for now ( reads…. Fit the old bobbin and forget it completely until it snaps )

Firstly … gear knob replaced with “austin princess “ … I think . Other styling changes done … will post soon
Then dash out ready for new one ( next one hand built from scratch) watch this space
Anyone want 1275gt clocks and cradle , drop me a line before I stick on eBay

All gauges and bits and bobs are all in right place .
Need to redo leather front ( I have textured vinyl to try )
Take apart clean and sort mileage on speedo ( may have get a new drive cable)
Finish off mounting brackets
Wire and plumb in gauges/ switches etc
Plumbing for newer vents
Bragging rights if anyone can tell me what car I’ve robbed for a particular part on the dash ?
